Payment Terms and Refund Policies

PAYMENT TERMS AND REFUND POLICIES  

Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you are pleased with your purchase. However, if you find that your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer store credit for returns. Please review the details of our return policy below.  

RETURNS All returns must be sent back to us within ten (10) days of the purchase date. Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels intact.  

RETURN PROCESS To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at Reinaldo@mareininternationalllc.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA number, securely package the item with the provided return form in its original packaging and mail it to:

You may also use the prepaid shipping label included with your package. We will cover return shipping charges.  

REFUNDS Upon receiving your return and inspecting the item, we will begin processing your return. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item for the return process to be completed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.  

EXCEPTIONS If you receive a defective or damaged product, please use the details provided below to contact us to arrange for a refund or exchange.

  • Sale items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
